Spring 2020 Player Evaluation Day Information

All players who plan to play machine pitch, minors, and majors, must participate in the player evaluations Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 9:00AM to 1:00 PM.

Parents will be required to pay all registration costs (if you have not done so already) and provide 3 proofs of residency in the MLL boundaries.  Everyone MUST bring (1) An original birth certificate to show, (2) 3 proofs of residency (see website for the list of eligible items), (3) If not residing in boundary, The Completed School Enrollment Form.  Adult volunteers bring a Completed Volunteer Form.

Tee ball parents must show up between 9 am and 12 pm on this day to bring 3 proofs of residency if not uploaded at the time of registration. Tee ball players do not participate in player evaluations because they will be assigned to a team.

Please check the website and/or facebook page for updates on this event.

Players will be scheduled according to their League Age. The age used in determining Spring Ball 2020 divisional placement is the child's league age for the 2020 spring season using the current Little League age calculator [Click Here For Little League Age Calculator]

The schedule for Saturday is as follows:

League Age 6 and 7 -- 9 am - 10:00 am

League Age 8 and 9 -- 10:00 am - 11:00 am

League Age 10 and 11 -- 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

League Age 12 + -- 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm (or sooner)

Players evaluations will take place on Field A. Field C will be open for players to warm up. Upon check- in, unless your age group has been called, you will proceed to Field C to warm up and wait for your age group to be called. Once your age group is called, you will proceed to Field A (Third base side) to hang your belongings and then go to the First Base side with your glove. All bats and other equipment should remain on the Third Base Side until the evaluation for that player is completed.

Please come during your designated spot. Coaches for your league will be there during that time to evaluate your player. If you come earlier or later coaches may not be able to evaluate your player, which will affect his/her eligibility for the draft.

For those parents who are new to this event
 - You will check in when you arrive at one of the tables set up at the concession stand. Your son or daughter will be assigned a number and you will bring them to the dugout on Field A (probably Home Dugout). Your son or daughter will be thrown 3 fly balls in the outfield and then throw the ball to second base. Next, your player will be hit 3 ground balls at shortstop and throw the ball to first base. Lastly, your player will take 3 swings off a hitting machine. Coaches for your division will be on the field taking notes during this time. Once your player finishes hitting you are free to go.
